Within 3 minutes of walking you can reach South Park, Paradise Center and a subway station. City center is 10 minutes away via subway. Various groceries, food stores, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, restaurants and cafes are within the same block or the next one.

Paid parking on spot. Green zone (Zelena zona) is paid by SMS to number 1303. Costs 1 BGN per hour and has a limit of 4 consecutive hours in a row. Please refer to the street signs for up-to-date information. Underground parking in Paradise Center is also possible with first two hours free. Please refer to their website for details.
