The eighteenth-century villa stands on a hill and it is surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, it is near the Green Way Spoleto-Assisi, not far from the center of Spoleto (about 3 km).
It is a wonderful place to spend your holidays in perfect harmony with the nature and is an ideal base for visiting numerous places of historical, cultural and landscape interest: Assisi, Campello sul Clitunno, Norcia, Cascia, Marmore’s Falls, Perugia, Todi.

The independent apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of a large living area with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine where there are two single beds and a wardrobe room. It has terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams and offers a stunning view on the Spoleto valley.

You will have at your disposal a beautiful swimming pool, 8x15 meters, reserved to the villa’s guests, open from mid-June to mid-September, where you can relax and cool off on the hottest days.
The parking is covered and reserved.
