The villa comprises full air-conditioning, heating units fitted to all rooms accommodating up to 6 persons in 3 large double bedrooms on the first floor, all having queen sized double beds. All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, all tastefully furnished, all have mirrored dressing tables and bedside cabinets with table lamps, hair dryers, full length dressing mirrors. Bath towels, hand towels, pool towels and all bed linen is provided for. A free welcome pack provided awaits you on your arrival.

The ground floor has open plan dining and lounge areas offering great sea views through two large patio doors. The kitchen provides ample cupboard storage for a family of six, having home from home appliances, oven / hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines, water cooler, washing machine, cutlery and combination safe. Free WiFi connection with available laptop on request, Satellite UK channels, 55" television, all included in the holiday villas rental.

The exterior has shaded patio plus swing hammock, tables and chairs, exercise bike, steps leading down to the gas heated (heated on request only) 8m x 4m private swimming pool area, a deluxe Canadian spa hot tub, two BBQs, one a gas deluxe operated having overhead temperature oven cabinet, the other, traditional charcoal bbq plus all tools are provided. Gardens front and back have various fruit trees.
