Studio type; it extends itself to 6 sq.m. balcony where one can enjoy nice and cosy sitting area with beautiful Mediterranean sea views as well as inside garden area; it has comfortable living room area, bathroom, kitchen and is fully equipped with all the essentials.

The wonderful Thalassa private beach is located just few minutes walk from the apartment.

Large seasonal outside pool with pool bar; water amusement park for children; all year long indoor heated pool; nice and cosy Spa and Wellness centre as well as Gym/Fitness area- are all available on site.

Cosy "Deks Thalassa" restaurant as well as Mini-market are present in the complex area as well- just few min. walk from the apartment- serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There are some shops for the food and main necessities around the area as well, the closest Supermarket is 10 min away by the car;

Larnaca and Ercan airports can be reached within 1.20 hour and 1 hour drive. The taxi shuttle service can be ordered from and to any airport by additional enquiry.
