The space
This home for rent consists of 2 floors, 1st floor with a terrace and 2 bedrooms and the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The property also has a private pool, spacious living rooms - one on each floor, with a sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchens (microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator etc.) and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a lovely terrace and a balcony with a stunning view over Split and a newly-built pool (2020.). Outdoor fireplace for grilling and relaxing. Smoking is allowed on the terrace (balcony). Villa can easily accommodate 10 adults and a small child at no extra charge (total 11).

Guest access
All indoor and outdoor areas shown in the photos are for your exclusive use — nothing is shared with other guests. We, the hosts, live in a separate area on the basement level (below the outer terrace), with our own private entrance.

Parking is shared with us, but you'll always have space for your car(s). In addition to the private outdoor parking, a garage spot next to the property can be arranged upon request.

Other things to note

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Holiday home ideal for families, couples, and business trips. NOT suited for groups of under-25s due to past issues with young male-only groups.

Parties are not allowed, especially as we're located in a residential area. Noise levels have to be low after 23:00h, in line with local house rules.

Check-in and check-out during July and August are on the weekends. For different arrangements, please message us in advance; we’re flexible. We ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned before each guest, following current cleaning guidelines.
