Bellagio Retreat is a charming apartment in Limonta, a quite village 1,5 km from Bellagio. It is a 2 floor apartment situated on the second and last floor of a previous private villa converted into apartments. It is at 3 minutes walking from the beach and ferry dock where the ferry going to Bellagio, Varenna and Lecco stops. It has 2 double bedrooms (1 double,1 king) with AC and 2 full baths (one with tub/shower w/curtain and the other one witjh crystal shower box). On the main floor: living area with open kitchen, double bedroom , bath w/tub& shower, balcony overlooking the stunning Villa Pozzi garden with lake view, gallery w/village view. In the open space attic w/ skylights & lake view: king size bed, bath w/shower , TV/office area with sofa bed. Private parking & condominium garden inside the property. 3 folding tables on the balcony allow to sit comfortably 5 persons
It has been remodeled in 2020. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, the balcony has a large sun curtain, the kitchen is equipped with tools, pans, pots, coffe machine, boiler, toaster, dish washer, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge.
Behind Limonta there is a mountain where there are nice paths to walk to hike to Bellagio
In Limonta there are no services like restaurants, groceries and pharmacy for which you have to go to Bellagio (8 minutes drive) or to Vassena (5 minutes drive), therefore it is strongly reccomanded to reach it by car since bus and ferry run till 7 PM. The whole property is below the street level. The surrounding garden on the back and the lake on the front allow total privacy and silence at night and you will bring extraordinary memories back with you
