Full description
The hallway leads to a bright, modern large open plan living room come dining area with open plan kitchen with a spacious marble top island, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, and induction hob. It also has a separate water filter tap.
The living area has ample seating plus a dining table. The sliding doors, looking out over the garden lead to the covered terrace on one side, with table and chairs beside the BBQ area. There is also a covered sitting area on the right where you can enjoy your evening glass of rosé!
The TV room off the main living area has a ceiling fan and a smart TV with access to Netflix and English Sky news channels. There is also a PS4 station for the teenagers.

Upstairs
Master double bedroom - (1.60cm bed) with air-conditioning. This bed is made of 2 twin beds with electric raise. It can be changed into a double bed with a cover mattress. The walk in wardrobe leads to the ensuite with shower and double basin.

Bedroom 2 –Twin beds

Bedroom 3 – Double bed (1.60cms) + wardrobe

Bedroom 4 – Double bed (1.40cms) with TV and wardrobe.

Separate new bathroom and WC (to be shared between 3 bedrooms upstairs). It has bath and shower, and toilet.

Outdoors
The south west facing swimming pool (9mx4mx1.5m with a sitting ledge) is surrounded by the 1240m2 garden with the lovely sun terrace offering comfortable sun loungers, plus a daybed, a large sitting area and an outdoor dining table. It is the ideal spot to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, eating alfresco, enjoying the pool.
There is a gas BBQ, pizza oven and sink, so outdoor dining is easy.
Kids will love the flat lawn surrounding the swimming pool as well as the table tennis table.
Dogs are welcome but are not allowed on furniture and the garden must be left clean after your stay.
