Private vacation home

Our property is a traditional three-story building in the heart of Florence, just a maximum of 15 minutes from all the main attractions of the city. It has a private entrance and is only 20 meters from the famous Piazza Santa Croce, one of the most beautiful squares in the city.

The accommodation has three double bedrooms and a spacious, comfortable attic. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a TV with Netflix, and offers free WiFi in all areas.

The entire property is exclusively yours; inside, you can enjoy a covered and flowered terrace where you can have meals or an aperitif, or you can relax in the living room reading a guide from our extensive collection.

The kitchen is full well equipped: enough dishes and pots, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Particular details make our house exclusive to experience the atmosphere of the most authentic Florence.

Highlights:
- The house is in a restricted traffic area: you can enter by car in the opening hours or if you park in a private garage.
- The rate doesn't include neither daily cleaning of the rooms nor breakfast (breakfast in our partner pastry-bar is available for a fee upon request)
- The Tourist Tax is already included in the total amount (6€ per night per person)
- There is no elevator in the structure.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- AC from May 1st to Oct 15th - Heating from Oct 16th to April 3rd (dates could change depending on local rules)
