Located in a neighborhood of houses, with Mediterranean specifics, it can accommodate 8 guests in different rooms. The living room is open to another type of kitchen and dining area. Here you will find comfortable leather sofas, TV, air conditioning, audio system, semi-naked and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is a modern one, being fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishware and cooking utensils plus others. The main room is decorated with a king size bed, dressing room, make-up table, air conditioning and full bathroom. In the second room you will find a queen size bed, dressing, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. In the third room you will find a double bed, dressing, air conditioning and shared access to a bathroom with shower. In the last room there is a double bed, an office, and this room is for children. The villa has a yard with green area, swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and pool furniture, superb view and quick access to shops.
