The beach is only 5min walk from the Suite, while Thessaloniki International Airport, Regency Casino, Mediterranean Cosmos (shopping mall), Waterland (waterpark) and Magic Park (amusement park) are all no more than 10 km away. During summer time there is a water taxi service from Peraia to the city centre of Thessaloniki. Those who seek a slower pace will appreciate the relaxed vibes of this laid back neighborhood as it offers urban convenience in a more tranquil and quiet setting.


This spacious and ultra-bright apartment (100m²) situated on the second floor is ideal for families, couples, group of friends and individuals traveling alone for business or for pleasure. As a corner apartment benefits from its position creating a pleasant feeling of airiness and simplicity. The extra large balconies (35m²) are surrounded by tall linden trees which offer privacy and tranquility. The Suite is equipped with new, energy efficient installations, air conditioning, independent gas heating as well as 24-hour running hot water. We also provide to our guests a private covered parking space at no additional cost and, of course, fresh linen and towels. Furthermore, we have decided not to charge an extra cleaning fee. Apart from the amenities listed, the Suite is also equipped with a blender, a sandwich maker, a popcorn machine, a Bluetooth speaker and a Google Chromecast device so our guests can easily cast movies, games and music to the big screen.
