Villa Aqua Sunrise is an attractive 3 bedroom villa with a superb position on the outskirts of Coral Bay and see views . Ideally located just a short stroll from a choice of 3 beautiful sandy beaches , as well as several restaurants and bars , you will have everything you need nearby . Back at the villa you will have your own private pool and plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy . Wifi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included .
The Villa is accessed via a small road from the main street , with few steps leading up to the front door .
The spacious kitchen , dining and living area is open plan in style and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas , a flat screen TV and dining table with chairs . 2 sets of sliding doors open out the rear terrace , ideal for easy access to the BBQ area as well as allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room . There is also a door opening from the living area to a small covered terrace at the front of the villa . The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped for preparing those tasty holiday meals.
Villa Aqua Sunrise has 3 bedrooms in total , 1 bedroom located in the ground floor and last 2 in the first floor. There is bright and airy double bedroom with its own private balcony . The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee . The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room and shares a large balcony with the twin bedroom , with wonderful sea views over the distant countryside . There is also a separate bathroom , as well as a WC on the ground floor.
Location features Local markets and shopping Coral Bay is home to a few clothing and souvenir shops, with a larger selection in Paphos. The old town has a partially covered farmers market, with all kinds of fruit, vegetables and fresh produce on offer as well as leather souvenirs and local delicacies. Head here on a Saturday morning to make the most of the atmosphere! For your holiday essentials you'll find a mini market and supermarket within walking distance of your villa. Bars and restaurants There are several bars and restaurants ideally located just a short stroll from your villa, with an even greater choice along the main strip of Coral Bay. You'll find local Cypriot cuisine on offer, as well as international options including Italian, Japanese and steak restaurants. Beaches Villa Aqua Paradise is just 5 minute walk from Askos Beach as well as just a 15 minute walk from 2 beautiful sandy beaches, the Blue Flag Coral Bay and the slightly quieter Corallia Beach. Both choices have sun loungers and parasols for hire, and Coral Bay has a great selection of water sports on offer as well. Family fun Ithaki Amusement Park & Crazy Golf is ideally located just off the main strip of Coral Bay, complete with a children's play area. Or why not try your hand at Go Karting for some friendly competition? Paphos Zoo is 15 minutes' drive away, a fun day for the whole family.
