DESCRIPRION - GARDEN - BEACH - LOCATION
Villa Oasis is a seaside vacation rental next to pinewood and sandy beach. It is a family business offering self-catering summer holiday homes far from the crowd.
All apartments are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All of them offer superb view above the sea, the beach and the forest.
The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the pinewood. There is parking, barbeque and children’s play yard. There are many outdoor sitting places even inside the forest. The sea is 100m away. The only road access to the seashore starts from our property. So the long sandy beach is practically private. Free sun beds and umbrellas are waiting for you. The sea water is clear, shallow and proper for children.
Villa Oasis is located in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halkidiki. The point is ideal to start your daily excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, Mount Athos and the mainland. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury summer resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away.

APARTMENT - AMENITIES
The middle floor apartment (34 m² indoor area + 9 m² balcony) has entrance from the back side and a private balcony with sea and forest view in the front. At the back side of the building there is an extended patio, 5 steps above the ground level and the parking. The middle floor apartment has its own independent entrance from this patio.
It sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The living room can be used as bedroom. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the balcony where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, and the pleasant smell of flowers.
The apartment is equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchen is in an extension of the living room. It is fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dining places with table and chairs. The first one is in the kitchen and the second one in the balcony.
Bathroom has shower. Free hot water is supplied to bathroom and kitchen. There are mosquito nets on doors and windows. TV set, hair dryer, mini safe, clock radio, iron and ironing board can be found in each apartment. Baby cot, high chair and blender are available for babies. Each room has its own independent air-condition unit and one ceiling fan. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the breeze.
Free Wi-Fi is covering the entire area and a washing machine for common use can be found by the barbecue. Apartments are equipped with all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean and disinfected. Cleaning (with linen and towels change), twice a week is included in price.
