The apartment has a high standard and is located in a very popular area. The apartment is about 80 m2 with about 25 m2 terrace facing the pool area and more than 40 m2 outdoor area at the back. Contains spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, oven w/induction hob, Nespresso machine, as well as everything you need from kitchen utensils. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and an extra bed that can be foldet up if your are 5 people. Otherwise, there is air conditioning/heat pump and ceiling fan, wireless network and TV with over 1000 channels, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The apartment complex is enclosed with tropical garden, pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. The apartment has a fantastic location on a hill above the pool, which allows you to lie and relax in the sun loungers on the terrace with full view of the pool area. The terrace has 2 good sun loungers and a dining table that can accommodate 6. There is also an awning for those who thrive best in the shade. Garage space is included.

A little info about the area: La Zenia is located in the Costa Blanca South with fantastic beaches, good services and infrastructure. The World Health Organization has classified Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest areas in the world. The microclimate around the area's storage of salt lakes is particularly beneficial for people with skin and respiratory problems, and the mild climate helps in aching joints. With an average of 320 sunny days a year, the area is a top resort all year round. You can choose between several beaches during your stay, depending on whether you want a secluded, small bay or a busy and crowded beach.

The apartment is located in a very quiet, but still a very central area with 900 m to the beach, 100 m to the store, 200 m to La Zenia Boulevard, which is the largest mall in the province of Alicante, most of the streets in the shopping center are outdoors with 150 shops, lots of restaurants, bars, bowling, playland, funfair, trampoline park etc. The apartment is located so there is no noise from this. It is 8-15 minutes drive to 4 popular golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas). There are 3 water parks /water parks about 15-20 minutes drive from La Zenia. Torrevieja city is 10 minutes drive away or a very nice bike ride. There are many newly built bike paths in the area, and bike rental nearby the apartment. There is a long promenade on the beach which is ideal for walking or jogging. Alicante Airport is about 40 minute drive from the apartment. If you are several families travelling together, we can try to arrange rent for them at the same time in the same complex or in the neighborhood.
