Villa is situated in a small village Sveti Kirin, between city Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat.
The 3 bedroom villa is surrounded by 800m2 fenced garden and private swimming pool 32 m2.

The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, tastefully furnished and completely equipped with modern appliances. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and air condition. The exterior offers ample space for relaxation and cosy evening barbecue dinners.

We recommend daily visit to the renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. What makes the cultural heritage of Svetvinčenat a memorable experience are the wall frescoes to be found in St Vincent’s chapel next to the cemetery and in St Catherine’s church.Each years, this special little town is home to many visitors attracted by its rich tradition and its interesting and diverse events, among which the best known are the Medieval festival, the Cheese festival and the Dance and non-verbal theater festival. We also recommend visit to the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colloseum is the magnificent open stage for various summer festivals, concerts, balley, operas, movies... For the nature lovers the following destinations are definitively worth a day trip: Nature park Cape Kamenjak - peninsula of Kamenjak, a wonder of nature’s architecture, situated at the south of Istria, near the village called Premantura. National park Brijuni, with its natural, cultural and historical heritage, is another attractive site in the region. Children will certainly be challenged to visit adrenaline park Glavani (15 km from the house), otherwise the sea world presented in the Pula Aquarium, or acqua park in Novigrad.
