Villa Lenio is located in Perithia village on north Corfu. The panoramic villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in four spacious bedrooms and features a private pool and tennis court. Villa Lenio is built in a big plot of land with stunning views to the sea and the Albanian coastline.
In the huge garden area there are barbecue facilities and a big private pool with sunbeds and parasols. The garden is well preserved with many olive trees and blooming flowers. In the outdoor space there is also a covered kiosk with a sitting area and sea view for relaxation under the summer sun and the sounds of the countryside. In a lower level of the plot there is a giant tennis court where children and family can spend time playing.
The villa is surrounded by big balconies with magnificent sea view and village view. The interior of the villa is very comfortable with classic decoration and a big ornamental fireplace in the living room set on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen and dining area offers all amenities .Is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hobs, coffee machine espresso or coffee filter, kettle, toaster ect. One bedroom with two single beds is set also on the ground floor with an extra separated bathroom for all guests.
Interior stairs lead to the upper floor where the other three bedrooms are with en suite bathrooms either with bath or shower. All bedrooms are very sunny, airy and air-conditioned with access to balconies with sea view. They have single beds that can be well joined with extra top mattress[on request] and big wardrobes.
Villa Lenio also offers a safe box, free Wi-Fi access, Dvd player, Netflix connection, Satellite TV, pool towels, high chair and baby cot, washing machine and iron facilities, hairdryer in the bathrooms and parking space in the premises.
Villa Lenio is set close to many popular destinations of North Corfu. Within ten minutes’ drive you can find yourself in the old village of Perithia which is a protected heritage site with interesting sights and local taverns. Agios Ilias is 1km far with local mini markets for your basic supplies, local restaurants and cafes. The cosmopolitan Kassiopi or Acharavi Village is 7km far. The closest beach of Agios Spyridonas is 2km while Kalamaki beach is 2,5km. Cars are always recommended to customers.
