The accommodation

A beautiful modern spacious 6 bedroom villa sleeping up to 12 in the most prestigious holiday area El Duque of Tenerife. This contemporary villa consists of 3 floors, on the main floor there is a large living room with direct access to the outside area, where you have a large heated pool and terrace. As well as independent fully equipped high standard kitchen, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the back terrace, 2 bathrooms. On the top floor there is an amazing and very large master bedroom, with its own independent dressing room, en suite bathroom with double shower and access to great terrace with ocean views. The top floor terrace is perfect for your relax, there is a large double sunbed lounger and sun the hole day. As well there is a single bedroom on the top floor. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom and a large lounge area. Villa offers a private garage for 3 cars. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, hairdryer, BBQ, Bath towels and beach towels, bed linen, Cot and high chair. All 3 terraces has a good quality design furniture, Main area has table with chairs for dining, sun beds, bar with high- chairs, swings , back terrace has double sun bed lounger, sofa, armchair and table.

Villa is in complex Habitats del Duque, in a prestigious area El Duque, Costa Adeje, 200 meters from the famous el Duque beach. The villa is surrounded by 5 star Hotels such as, Anthelia, Bahia Del Duque, Jardines de Nivaria, GF Victoria, Gran Tacande, El Mirador. As well the villa is located next to Commercial center Plaza del Duque, where you can find all the best brands, restaurants, café, bar, hairdresser, kids play area, pharmacy, minimarket ect. Due to its location in the backside of the complex, the villa is very quiet.

Activities and attractions

El Duque is the most prestigious area in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. There are lots of activities and attractions in this area. There is a great promenade only in 200 meters distance from the house, from where you can walk until Las Americas. In only few minutes by car you have a Costa Adeje Golf course, tennis courts, sports centers, paddle courts. In about 5 minutes by car there is a huge aqua park Siam Park, where you can spend the whole day, its great activities for kids as well as for adults. In the area there are lots of prestigious shopping centers, lots of high class restaurants, bars, café. In the Commercial Center Gran Sur there is a cinema as well as supermarket.
