Welcome to our well-maintained private holiday home in Las Rosas, in the sunny south of Tenerife! This spacious house offers 90 square meters of living space across two floors, providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the southern part of the island.

The house is located in a residential area mainly inhabited by locals and residents – perfect for experiencing authentic Tenerife. Enjoy over 300 days of sunshine per year, around 350 rain-free days, and a mild, gentle climate that earns Tenerife the title of the Island of Eternal Spring.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, spacious living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a practical storage room with a washing machine. From the living room, you can easily access the large 60 sqm southwest-facing terrace, which features a small pavilion as sun protection, two sun loungers with an umbrella, and lush southern vegetation, making it perfect for relaxing.

Upstairs, there are two bright bedrooms, both with spacious built-in wardrobes, shutters, and blackout blinds for restful sleep. The larger bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and has a balcony with a beautiful view. The smaller room has a ceiling fan and a safe for your valuables. The daylight bathroom is also well-equipped and invites you to relax.
