The Villa spreads over two floors and boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, both with double beds. The living room opens onto an external staircase that leads down to the generous-sized front terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining table and surrounded by lush green vegetation. This terrace is the perfect spot for dining under the open sky or relaxing by the private swimming pool (not heated).

The upper level of the Villa features an anteroom with a sitting area that opens onto a large second-level terrace with a covered dining area. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms opens onto a smaller side terrace.

The Villa is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including air conditioning in all rooms, satellite television, a hi-fi system, wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and fridge/freezer, five full bathrooms, a washing machine, hairdryers, iron, and ironing board. Guests also have access to a terrace, private swimming pool, BBQ, and parking space.

Visitors can explore historical sites such as the Sokol Fortress, the Franciscan Monastery in Pridvorje, and the Watermills on the River Ljuta, or indulge in local specialities at one of the many family-owned restaurants offering traditional homemade meals prepared with products from their farms and gardens. The Villa is located only 6 minutes' drive from the award-winning Konavle beach Pasjaca, which was elected as the Best European Natural Beach in 2019 by the specialized online travel magazine European best destinations. The nearby village of Cilipi is just 3 minutes drive from the Villa and is a must-visit for its weekly Folklore performance in front of the church between April and October.
