Situated in the village of Pagondas, which is surrounded by olive groves and forest, this beautiful vacation home is on the south side of the island of Samos. Only 15 minutes by car to the beaches, the home is perfect for relaxing, swimming, hiking and mountain biking, all while immersing yourself in Greek food and culture. Two small supermarkets in Pagondas, as well as a bakery, pharmacy, and two traditional Greek bars/restaurants on the historical market square, will meet your every need.

The two-story traditional home was completely renovated in 2019. Situated on a hill, and with about 100 m2 of living space, the stylish house features three terraces and a small garden. All bedrooms have AC.

A view from the upper terrace of the village, the mountains, and even Turkey in the distance provides ambience and a lovely serenity.

Three bedrooms (7 beds altogether), 2 bathrooms with Italian showers, a fully equipped kitchen and storage space provide comfortable accommodation. The kitchen with two terraces, one big bedroom and a storage room are on the lower floor. Taking the spiral staircase upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom that can be accessed separately from each bedroom, and another terrace.

Nearby parking is on the street, and you can enter the house both upstairs and downstairs.

Easily accessible, the vacation home is a 20 minute drive from the Samos airport. Flights to Samos from Athens leave several times a day. The island can also be reached by boat from Piraeus.
