Villa Akrivi is a spacious newly renovated 5 bedroom 4 bath villa, located on the island of Tinos. Swim in the large, private 12×6m seawater pool, relax on the sun loungers or sit back in the shade of the comfortable pergolas. The view from Villa Akrivi is breathtaking: the blue Aegean Sea and sky as far as the eye can see, framed by the Islands of Syros and Gyaros to the South and West and some hills to the North. Take the stunning view over breakfast at the long table in the shaded terrace on the upper floor or the stone table next to the pool. Climb with your book at a shadowed corner at noon. Or watch the amazing colors of the sunset from the cozy lounge on the first-floor terrace.

The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. (150,000 sq.ft.) Peninsula, 6 km (3.5 miles) north from the Port of Tinos, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. (50,000 sq.ft.) facing west and a few meters from the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment spectacular and comfortable with a unique over 180 deg. view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros. When the atmosphere is clear, which happens most of the time, during summer, one can also see the islands of Paros, Naxos, Kythnos, and Kea.
