The Vienna State Opera and the famous pedestrian zone Kärntner Straße you can easily reach in only few minutes walk! Even Viennas largest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse and the Museum district are walking distance too.

You live right next to the famous multicultural Vienna Naschmarkt - a fascinating very large open market - the biggest open air market in Europe. You can buy the freshest fruits from all over the world and you will find there also numerous inexpensive, excellent restaurants (international cuisine), relaxed coffee shops and cozy bars, nice beer garden etc.
Each Saturday with an additional large interesting flea market.
A large supermarket and many other shops are located just across the street.

Only few minutes walk from the apartment is the cental metro node Karlsplatz very convenient - you can easely take the subway direct to the UNO City, the Schloss Schönbrunn, the famous Wiener Prater, the recreation area Danube Island.

The apartment owner lives in the same block, early check in or late check out is usually no problem.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly not permitted !
The apartment is equipped with WLAN Internet and a video intercom for your security. Also provided is a state of the art 40' LCD TV with satellite receiver for reception from 2 satellites: ASTRA (European programs) and EUTELSAT (International programs from all over the world).

You need usually no public transportation and can easy walk to everywhere !
