The house is approximately 45 minutes drive from several beach areas; Cannes, Theoule sur Mer, Agay, Mandelieu de Napoule, & St. Raphael. It is a 15-minute drive to the freshwater and swimming Lac de Saint Cassien.
Callian is one of five "perched villages" that sit above the "plain" a commercial corridor once used by the Romans. Many services are provided along that corridor.
