A pleasant sea view walk about 200 meters in the property among olive trees, holm oaks, fig trees, oaks, jasmine, capers and prickly pears will lead guests to the Shah, located in a privileged position of total privacy. The interiors of the Shah offer two exclusive suites with 3 private bathrooms, in rock and marble, with whirlpools. In close symbiosis with the Shah, the agricultural company of relevance, synthesis, with its terraces on the sea, of a new way of conceiving the reception, which translates into the possibility for guests to taste the natural products of the garden, besides selected gastronomic excellences of the territory. The Shah is located in Conca dei Marini and access to the estate can be had from the municipal road that leads to the center of the small village of Conca dei Marini through 110 steps, both directly from the State Road 163.


Ground floor
7 steps leads from the ground floor dining area to the kitchen area, both traditional kitchen and industrial kitchen.
In the dining area there is a fireplace, a bathroom, and a big antique table for 10, chairs, a modern design lamp on the floor, a bouvette and ice machine, a coffee machine, many antique ceramic cup for milk/te. There are two door, facing the estate and many terrace there are in front of the sea.
In the traditional kitchen there are two handmade ovens with fine and decorated tiles, for pizza, cakes, food, etc. There is a big marble topped countertop, and a big handmade marble sink.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large modern oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, two still worktop, ready to have a catering too.
The ground floor of the Shah also accesses an outdoor patio furnished with a big barbeque and a sofa and chaise lounge chairs.

Downstairs
2 bedrooms are located downstairs:
• The master bedroom is reachable from the ground floor, 8 steps down from the dining room. The master is 55 mq and enjoys a double king size bed in cachemire and a double size Rexa last generation hot tube pertaining to the bed. The Ceiling with wooden beams, the floor is parquet and a part of wall is rock. There is an antique wooden case and a large smart tv, two 60s design armchair. The back of the bed is in backlit carved onyx. There is a fireplace too. The bath adjacent is in rock and has a modern Zazzeri shower and ceramic Hatria toilet, an handmade marble sink. This bedroom offers direct access into a terrace with sea views overlooking the Bay of Capo of Conca and La Torre Saracena.
• The other double bedroom is 30 mq and accesses to the same terrace and share the same garden sea view. The bedroom has independent entrance, 5 steps down from the main entrance. The bedroom offers a double bed in cachemire and a double size Rexa last generation hot tube. The sink is an handmade marble pillow. Floor is parquet and has enchanting vaulted ceilings.

Belvedere
The outdoor lounge area is in Belvedere, 20 mt from the entrance of Villa and it is overlooking the sea of Capo of Conca Bay, the Galli island and The Faraglioni, and is equipped with many tables, chair, sunbeds, beach umbrella.
