Apartment

An original two levels apartment in an ancient building of the village, four minutes walk from the beach. You reach the first floor from a private stairs, then you have 2 rooms with very high ceilings : you first have a corridor with a couch, in front of a sliding door that separates from a bedroom. Inside the first bedroom you find a normal single bed and one other 1m20 single bed. In front of the room, a cute private balcony . From the corridor you get to a second big bedroom, with a double bed plus a couch. Then you have a kitchen with a small breakfast table. And the bathroom. You can comfortably fit 4 people in the apartment. Two air contionners will make the place fresh when the temperature is too high in the island.
Then you can climb on the "eagle nest" from another external stairs: you'll find a big 65m2 terrace, where you have a second shower, and a bower (or pergola) with another double bed hided by curtains, for those who want to sleep under the stars, or to take a rest in the afternoon. From there you can watch the landscape, the mountain and the sea (and listening to the breath of the waves)...
The property is 6 minutes walk from the harbour, in the quiet side of the village. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk 3 minutes and reach a very isolated and charming beach. With a bicycle you can reach the most stunning beaches of the island, within 10 to 30 minutes, depending on which you choose.
Just 5 minutes from the center on the village where you can find everything you need, have a meal in the nicest restaurant, or sit in one of the many bar terraces...
Rules: The large terrace is provided with several plants who need to be watered at least every two days: the guest must let the gardener through for for this task...
Linen is provided by a company with the cleaning for an extra charge of 100€.
