"AVGI'S HOME" is an Old, NeoClassic Home, unique and one of its kind.
It was recently fully, comprehensively renovated to the smallest details.
It is divided into 3 Large, Living Units and consists of:
1. "OLIVE GARDEN APARTMENT":
A Beautiful 2 Large Rooms Apartment with own Bathroom, Kitchenette, Garden sitting corner and all Facilities and Amenities to function as a Home by Itself.
2. "LEMON GARDEN APARTMENT":
Another Beautiful 2 Large Rooms Apartment with own Bathroom, Kitchenette, all Facilities and Amenities to function as a Home by itself.
3. "CAROB STUDIO GARDEN APARTMENT":
A Large Studio Apartment, again with all Facilities and Amenities, Garden sitting corner, own Bathroom, function as a Living Unit of its own.
You can take the whole Home: 3 Apps or 2 or 1 Apt (Check with us for availability and price).
Parking all around the house and vicinity.
Separate outdoor sitting facilities within the garden, for each Apt.
Fully AirConditioned, Curtains and Blackouts.
Each Apartment consists of :Working space, Smart 4K UHD TV (LG the latest model), Fast Internet/WiFi separate for each Apt.
Kitchenette with: Mini Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Espresso Machine with Free Capsules.
Breakfast is CONTINENTAL and is served every day - No extra charge.
On Sundays BREAKFAST is prepared on Saturday.
UNFORTUNATELY, BREAKFAST IS NOT AVAILABLE DURIND COVID-19 PERIOD.
Shower, wash basin, toilette... towels, shampoo, hand wash liquid, toilette paper, hair dryer - No extra charge.
Cleaning of apartments - Twice a week on specific days -No extra charge.
Ironing - you will be helped if needed - except on week-ends - No extra charge.
Iron and ironing board- supplied. (We keep it in our warehouse for esthetic reasons and not to disturb your comfort).
Laundry and dry cleaning - arrangement with local shop at very competitive prices.
All information needed for Business, Traveling, Touring etc.
There are cleaning materials under your bathroom's sink for your use. There are dishwashing and other cleaning materials under the kitchenette's sink for your use.
In the Home there is a Central Kitchen and Dining Space that we keep and run for our guests comfort, preparing breakfast etc.

The Home's Location is Privileged with almost all Points Of Interest, excellent for Business People: Marina, Irini Str. Restaurants, Saripolou area RestoBars, Anexartisias shopping Str.
