The Hedgehog cabin, as we call it, is in the heart of downtown Sofia. A small studio with huge views and lots of light. It is on the top floor, no neighbors. No kitchen. Available refrigerator and hot water kettle for instant coffee and tea. Bathroom is fully stocked. Fast wireless Internet, cable TV.
The neighborhood is known as the Doctor's Garden or "the diplomatic quarters". It is a priviledge to stay in this location. Trendy restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, friendly environment, lots of greenery, bohemian lifestyle reminiscent of Montmatre, Greenwich village, Soho. All famous landmarks, such as the Sofia University, the National Gallery, the National Assembly, the National Library - are within walking distance 5-15 minutes. Three parks surround the area: hiking, biking, sightseeing, spa centers, gyms, great shopping in the old Sofia tradition, or just hanging out, are the norm.
The loft/studio is at the top of a 1960s old world charm building with only 10 apartments. The street is dead end and one of the most unique and peaceful in Sofia despite its central location. The studio is extensively remodeled to satisfy the most discriminating guest. It is small but very cozy and private. The Murphy bed is very comfortable for 2 people. The views of rooftops, mountains and greenery are amazing.
