The street the apartment overlooks is rich in history and tradition, with several buildings of interest, including the nearby Palazzo de' Cavalieri, which belonged to the Marquis de' Cavalieri known as Carpegna di Scavolino.

The apartment has three bedrooms, (each equipped with a smart TV) private bathrooms, and with a fully equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch TV, and a Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a separate shower in the hallway, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. in which both rooms are equipped with a smart TV. Next to the latter is a small private area with a single bed and despite its small space without windows, ideal for enjoying a read or a moment of relaxation.

The apartment also has a private balcony. There is also air conditioning and heating all over the apartment. And as mentioned before, a fully equipped kitchen.

The extra-luxury apartment, completely renovated and equipped with period frescoes in all the attics, is located a few steps from the Accademia delle Arti museum and a short distance from important places of interest such as the Trevi Fountain, the Quirinale, Spanish Steps, Barberini Square and Via Condotti. For those who love nature and walking, the nearby Villa Borghese is also available, while Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain are within easy walking distance.

Other things to note
Since it is an ancient building and although it's located on the second floor and there is no elevator, you would have no trouble getting about it and would only need to take a few steps to the apartment with no steep slope. Please note that the apartment has certain rules in force, such as respecting the condominium hours from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m., so, not admitting to having parties, smoking, and having pets.
