This large FIFTH-floor apartment is in a fabulous location in the chic Left Bank district of the 6th arrondissement. Found in an impressive building dating from 1680, it is close to the historic rue de l'Odeon Nearby attractions include the Jardin du Luxembourg, iconic cafés such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore and the city's oldest church.

Located on the bustling Carrefour de l’Odeon, this apartment offers a recently renovated minimalist, modern space in a classic Haussmann building that is also set back from the street and remarkably quiet.

The apartment offers an open floor plan upon entry where you will see a spacious and elegant living are with a unique fireplace. the dining area is slightly separate and off the fully modern kitchen offering amenities to prepare home cooked meals for your loved ones. The dining table for 6 is completely wooden complementing the exposed beams of the ceiling. The area offers garrets, a trussed ceiling, and dormer windows and skylights which create a bright space complimented by wood floors, modern furnishings and a large screen television.

The touch of class decor continues to the bedrooms furnished with artwork, dormer windows and a shining wood work. The master bedroom offers a King size bed with a desk and chair to work from. The second bedroom also consists of a king bed which can be converted to two single beds on request. there is also a TV present here. The third bedroom which can also be used as a study has a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen size bed. The master bathroom has a combination of bath with shower and rain shower. There is a water closet as well here with double sinks. The second bathroom has a walk in shower with WC and there is a separate WC present in the apartment as well. The apartment also offers separate units of washer and dryer and also has air conditioning.
