The house consists of a spacious living/dining area open to the kitchen, two further living areas, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office. Enjoy lazing on the outdoor sofas and sun beds, dine pool-side under the large umbrellas or on the terrace shaded with leafy vines.

Set on a large private estate surrounded by mature trees, this traditional farmhouse has been tastefully decorated and features quality finishes and modern amenities including air-conditioning in each of the four bedrooms and the office. Portable fans are also provided for use in the living areas.

On the ground floor you'll find the spacious living/dining area with fully-equipped kitchen opening to both the front and back gardens for easy entertaining. A second living area has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a wood-burner for the cooler months of the year. The hallway leads to the master bedroom with 180cm wide bed and large travertine ensuite with a bath and walk-in shower. Two further bedrooms have two 90cm wide beds which can be made up as 180cm wide double beds as required. These bedrooms share a travertine bathroom with walk-in shower. There is an additional separate guest toilet and also an office with a desk, chair and sofa. The laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and a sink is conveniently located near the kitchen.

On the first floor there is a fourth double bedroom with a 180cm wide bed, a travertine bathroom with a shower and a mezzanine living room which is an ideal area for children to play the many board games provided.

Enjoy dining on the vine-covered terrace or on the pool deck under the sun umbrellas. Sip rosé on the comfortable outdoor sofas and laze on the sun beds after a refreshing swim in the large pool.

There is no fence around the pool but it can be secured with a cover for your family's safety.

You'll be able to relax here in total privacy and it's just a short 4 kilometre drive to the centre of Saint Rémy with its many shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, boutiques, galleries and legendary Wednesday morning market.
