A short 3 km away, the beach is easily accessible, allowing residents to savor the joys of the sea. The surroundings are rich in points of interest, such as the majestic castles of Begur and Montgri, and the picturesque Aiguablava beach.

The property comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds (double at the bottom, single at the top). The living room is equipped with a sofa, a sofa bed, and a fireplace, while two terraces offer splendid views of the sea and the mountain, refreshed by the sea breeze.

It's important to note that guests will not have access to the studio below or the garage at street level, as these spaces have separate entrances from the house. Only the owner and co-host will have access to the studio, garage, and villa courtyard for garden maintenance during guests' stays.

Street parking is free throughout. Access to the house requires descending about forty steps, which may be challenging for those with reduced mobility or difficulties navigating stairs. In support of eco-friendly energy usage, heating and electricity costs exceeding a normal usage of 10 kWh per day will be assumed by the guests.
