This bright and cozy 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for 3–9 month stays and designed for comfort, calm, and convenience on the Costa del Sol.

Located just a 10-minute walk to Puerto Marina, the beach, and the scenic Paseo Marítimo de Benalmádena. A couple blocks away, you’ll find Avenida de la Constitución with local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Playa Santa Ana and Playa Malapesquera are nearby, and a tranquil park sits just across the street. Don’t miss Parque de la Paloma for a relaxing stroll or afternoon picnic.

Inside, you’ll find air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, a pull-out couch for extra guests, and a large 65-inch Smart TV for cozy nights in. Stay connected with fast Movistar WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washing machine and elevator access.

The bedroom includes a ceiling fan, fresh linens, ample closet space, dresser drawers, and extra storage for suitcases or seasonal items. The bathroom features a walk-in shower (no bathtub) and is fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, body wash, soap, shampoo, and even toothpaste — so you can settle in comfortably from day one.

Step out to your private enclosed sunroom/balcony overlooking a quiet communal pool — with windows that open to let in the fresh coastal air. As a guest, you’ll have full access to the pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny afternoons. Beach towels and a sun umbrella are also available for easy trips to the coast.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for daily life — including a larger-than-average fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, a brand-new coffee maker, and all the cookware, cutlery, and dishes needed to prepare meals at home. You’ll also find a comfortable table space that works well for dining or working remotely. For longer stays, we’ve included helpful extras like a broom, mop, drying rack, iron, and basic cleaning supplies so you can easily keep the space tidy.

We call it Casa de Carmen, named after our beloved grandmother who lived here for many years. This apartment has been in our family for generations and holds countless memories — quiet mornings on the balcony, family meals, walks to the beach. It’s not just a rental to us; it’s our second home. When we’re not here, we take great care in sharing it with others who we hope will love and respect it as much as we do.
