Villa

Nestled between Florence and Siena in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Tavarnelle enjoys a commanding position with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The large living area of the villa leads to an additional bathroom, and there are six bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are outdoor living and dining spaces, as well as a contemporary, fully functional kitchen. The villa also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and a private parking area enclosed by an electric gate. Your group will have exclusive use of the entire property, which includes a private 12 x 5 m swimming pool. Situated in a highly recognised region of Tuscany, known for its superior wineries and dining establishments, is Villa Tavarnelle. Situated precisely in the middle of the area, it is only 4 kilometres away from a wide range of shops and services. The house promises complete privacy and tranquilly in all of its interior and exterior spaces, even though it is not isolated. Actually, the only houses in the area are a few small country houses (on the quieter side of the road) and a church, where you can go to mass on Sundays.

The property's garden is laid out on two levels. To the left as soon as you enter the property through the automated gate is a parking lot that can accommodate up to four cars. The house has a sizable veranda on the same level as it is furnished with outdoor couches. And a gazebo with a fourteen-person marble table. There is a wide tuff staircase (few steps, not steep) that leads to the "lower" part of the garden, where the swimming pool is situated. The house and the pool area are situated on the upper portion of the land, which is "divided" by a fence featuring a net and a small gate at the base of the staircase that you are free to open or close whenever you please. This is to comply with local laws and provide the utmost safety for kids. All visitors have access to sun loungers and umbrellas near the pool. On the grass across from the pool, there will also be three little gazebos starting in 2024 (possibly this summer). The pool measures 12 by 5 metres and uses the newest methods of water sanitization.

Ground Floor:
A spacious and well-lit living area that can be reached from the villa's expansive veranda. This area features a sizable table that can seat up to 14 people, a cosy sofa and two armchairs, and a contemporary, fully functional "open" kitchen! Adjacent to the main living area is a smaller living space that is equipped with a TV, sofas and a full bathroom. a spacious double bedroom featuring a private bathroom. If there are more than 12 guests staying in this room, which has a king-size bed and a wardrobe, a double sofa bed can be set up for any two additional children. A compact laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and cleaning supplies is available for your use.

All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the veranda or garden of the villa through a French door.

First Floor:
The villa's first floor, which has two sections, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total. A staircase leads from the larger living room to three of these rooms, one of which has a private terrace. An additional staircase connects the smaller living room (the TV area) to the other two bedrooms.
The villa's six bedrooms each have air conditioning, wardrobes, mosquito nets, blackout curtains on the large "French" windows, and kid-safe railings. A private bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet is located inside each room.

There are three king-size beds, two queen-size beds, a regular double bed, and an extra double sofa bed in the ground-floor bedroom. Every mattress is brand-new and incredibly cosy! Every guest also gets two different kinds of pillows from us! We can set up a maximum of two double rooms out of the six bedrooms because we are aware of this in advance.
