Villa Nerano is an elegant, modern and bright villa located in the bay of Marina del Cantone, a small fishing village which becomes more and more renowned year after year. Marina del Cantone offers beaches with pebbles and crystal-clear waters, the beaches are equipped with lidos, bars and restaurants; the nearest village is Nerano where you can find a grocery store, a tobacconist and a bistro. Massa Lubrense and Sant’Agata sui due Golfi instead are the largest and closest centers to Marina del Cantone where you can find supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, pubs, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks and post offices and everything you will need during your stay.
Villa Nerano is located in a quiet position ideal for those who want to spend their holidays with the family or with a group of friends in total relaxation.
The Villa of over 350 square meters develops on three levels including a very well kept garden and a courtyard.

On the ground floor you will find a very large and bright living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, the dining area with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 20 people and a Tv zone with High-Tech TV, Sat Tv, computer area and Bose Sound System. From the ground floor you have direct access to the outside area where there is a solarium with sunbeds, a very large and private swimming pool where you can relax and sunbathe all day; under a pergola you will find a dining area with a wooden table and chairs, a professional outdoor kitchen all in stainless steel, fridges, an ice maker machine, and all the appliance that you will may need during your stay….. absolutely the ideal place to enjoy an “al fresco meal”.
Still on the ground floor there is an internal fully equipped kitchen with all the modern comforts such as dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle , toaster, fridge as well as a cooking area complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware; a guest bathroom is available just next to the kitchen.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with terrace, all with en suite bathroom with a large shower; one of the bedrooms has a Jacuzzi with chromo-therapy. All the bedrooms on this floor have a comfortable living area with sofa, a king-size bed, a flat screen Tv, a mini bar and a safe. On this floor there is a large terrace with a solarium and a Jacuzzi of 4×3.8 meters, from where you have an amazing sea view.

On the second floor there are two more comfortable double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; one of the two bedrooms offers an amazing sea view from its large terrace.

This villa has been carefully designed and built with high quality and modern materials, the best comforts, light and relaxing colors, with the aim of making guests experience an unforgettable holiday in total relaxation.
The whole Villa is equipped with a modern air conditioning system and a powerful Wi-Fi. A laundry room with iron, iron board, washing machine and dryer is at the guest’s disposal.

A car is recommended if you want to travel along the coast, or if you want to discover the most panoramic points of the Sorrento peninsula, such as Monte San Costanzo with its small chapel from where you enjoy a breathtaking view of Gulf of Naples with its imposing Vesuvius and the Amalfi coast with its characteristic villages. You can park your car at the villa; the private car parking is wide enough to park two cars. Just in case, instead, you are not keen on driving abroad you can trust our local drivers who will take you and your family wherever you wish to go! You can book a private car for an amazing day along the Amalfi Coast or maybe to enjoy a tour at the incredible archeological areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
