Entering, you enter a corridor illuminated by a large window overlooking Via Bocca di Leone. To the left of the corridor there is a spacious bedroom where an extra single bed can be placed for the fifth person. Inside there is a large dressing room that leads to the bathroom with a bathtub. To the right of the corridor is the living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area and characterized by the presence of a large gas fireplace which together with the rest of the furniture confirms the Apulian and Sardinian origins of the family of the property. Two large and comfortable sofas are positioned in front of the fireplace, one of which can be used as an additional single bed for the fifth person. From here there is access to the laundry room where the washing machine is located.
