It has a 5,50 meters paneled ceilings in the living room and in all the bedrooms. it has 1 big living and dining room, 2 double bedrooms (one with extra sleeping mezzanine) 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a 40 sq meters terrace.

Tourist tax in Rome amounts Euro 3,50 per person per night (with a maximum of 10 nights). Children up to 10 years of age are exempted. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Passports or Id copies of all guests will be asked upon arrival.
There is an extra fare for the check in after 10pm, it's 30 Euros paid cash at your arrival.If the check in will be later than 11 pm there is an extra fare of 50 Euros.
