Perched atop the undulating hills of Radda in Chianti, Villa Pancho is a picturesque, panoramic home with views of olive groves and vineyards. Modern conveniences are provided while maintaining the building's historic features and original materials. There are big windows that let in light and provide views of the hills outside, as well as arches, vaulted ceilings, and uneven stone walls. The kitchen is located to the left of the villa and opens to a patio featuring a pizza oven, grill, and "al fresco" dining area. A charming gazebo with tables and chairs is located on the opposite side of the villa and is the perfect place to have dinner or breakfast in peace and quiet. The olive oil is excellent, and the Carleone wines from the vineyard have won numerous awards. The interior of the villa offers the fascination of stone walls, “cotto” vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and the spaciousness typical of this kind of architecture. This is united to a fresh, modern, creative design in the furnishings. An eclectic mix of rustic and modern styles.
