Merbau is a stylish apartment, in a newly-built urban villa, located a short walk away from the famous Stari Grad (Old Town), boasting gorgeous views across Dubrovnik and the Adriatic. All the front rooms in the apartment lead to the large balcony which runs the length of the flat giving visitors a panoramic view of the city from the fortress of Lovrjenac to Lapad bay and the islands beyond.
