Located in a stunning position three miles from Como the lakeshore villa rental accommodates up to 12 people in 6 luxuriously appointed bedrooms each with a marble bathroom and dressing room. The service of a deluxe hotel will be provided by the professional staff (from 7.30 am to 11.00 pm). The Villa Un Pari can also be booked with Villa Aristocratico for larger groups.The public areas include a frescoed sitting room, a reading room, a music room, and a beautiful dining room leading out to a lake shore balcony. Seven acres of luxuriant gardens include a pool, a panoramic terrace and the dock. Villa Aristocratico 1 is directly linked with all transportation. This means you could in fact use your own private car that you can safely shelter in the villas underground parking and take your own rented boat or the comfortable water-taxis from the dock. From the dock you can reach Villa d’Este or other charming villages on the lake. You can also choose to call the International Como Aeroclub and ask their seaplane taxi service to take you directly from the villa boat dock either to a discovery tour of this thrilling alpine lake scenery or to insure your own exclusive commuting with a 10 seat turbine Cessna Caravan seaplane from and to other destinations. (Saint Moritz, Venice, Capri, etc.)HISTORYIn the early nineteenth century, when the two residences were restored by the celebrated dancer Maria Taglioni, who also owned the prestigious Ca’ d’Oro in Venice on Canal Grande.
