Between sea and mountains, near the banks of the Adour River, Villa Mendia is a haven of modernity and tranquility. The spacious interiors are ideal for vacations with family or friends.

In the morning, the smell of hot coffee wafts up from the ultra-design kitchen to the mezzanine corridor that leads to the bedrooms. At the end of the day, as you return from the beach and its refreshing rollers, it's good to linger in the still-warm rays of the sun on the terrace, whose panoramic view soothes the senses - before gathering around a candlelit dinner outside or in the dining area set up in front of the large bay window. Unless you fancy a table soccer game, the little ones, tired from their many dives, can share their innocent secrets under the benevolent eye of a teddy bear, guardian of this childlike temple.

Sleek and sober, the décor invites meditation - a welcome breath of fresh air that lets you enjoy the view of the lush landscape. In the bathrooms, comfort, and minimalism is the order of the day: waxed concrete in one with a large walk-in shower and a bathtub framed by stylized cement tiles in the other. At nightfall, we leave the curtains open in the bedrooms to fall asleep in front of the starry sky: an enchanting spectacle in complete communion with nature.

Special features:
- The house does not yet have a swimming pool. However, the project is underway, and until work begins, there is a hole in the garden.
- Thanks to the proximity of the freeway, Spain is only 15 minutes away.
- The children's bedroom has two beds, a single bed, and a convertible armchair, with the option of adding a single mattress.
