St. Vincenat (Svetvinčenat) is fascinating town located in the south of the central Istria, fast growing Croatian region. Due to the attractive historical locations in the open air, it is known as a host of many interesting events, local fairs, performances... like etno-jazz festival, festival of dances and non-verbal theater.. This house has a direct view to the square and grand medieval Grimani Castle. Private parking is free on disposal to the clients .
It is attached to the neighboring houses, built in the typical architectural style on several floors with inside stairs leading from the ground floor upstairs to the second floor. Each floor measures cca 95 sq meters, making all together 190 sq meters of the living area.
On the back side of the house there is cca 100 m2 enclosed garden with private pool, sitting furniture, sunbeds and grill. All rooms are with air condition. Beaches are reachable within 20 minutes drive from the house. Several restaurants, inns and taverns around the area serve home made food and delicious meals alongside with local charm and homey atmosphere...
