Bookings accepted during high season are Sunday to Sunday
from the 19th July to 13th September. Not accepting bookings from
persons driving by car long distances ie over 750 km.

Meet + greet - the Agent will co-ordinate your arrival and meet you at the complex. Information regarding the apartment and complex is sent to you 1 week before arrival ie codes, keys, use of appliances etc.

Surcharges for:
1. Tourist taxes, refer citytax.pt, Arrivals after 9 pm € 30;
payable 1 week before arrival, directly to proprietor,
2. Winter - November to March - electric, gas, 50% share of end of stay cleaning + laundry = € 75.

Condo management provides the facilities and these can be closed for repair from time to time like squash at present. The proprietor can only provide the apartment, not the facilities.

Equipment NOT provided for summer stays - stand-alone freezer, juicer,
electric heater.
