Regarding exclusively to the 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment, as the two ground-floor units are used privately by the owner. Guests enjoy full privacy, a comfortable interior, and a convenient location close to both the beach and Acharavi’s center. The apartment also includes access to the nearby family-run pool of Tzilios Studios (80m away) with a small minimum consumption.

Guests may also use the nearby swimming pool at Tzilios Studios (about 80m away), which operates with a small minimum-consumption requirement.
Please note that the 2 ground-floor apartments are privately occupied by the owner and are not part of the rental, but this does not affect guest privacy, as the first-floor apartment is fully independent with a separate entrance.
