It has 32 square meters or 220 sq.ft of space and it has been completely renovated with air conditioning throughout, a full size bathroom with a shower covering part of the shower walls with unique stone from the Mediterranean sea.
The space
The Living area has a large sofa bed (converts into a full size bed), to enjoy a good movie there is a flat panel HD large television, DVD player, and in case you need to use your computer there is also high speed internet available. A small dining or breakfast area French style is also available to enjoy a glass of wine or just seat and drink a good espresso or a cold beer watching through the windows the pedestrian and children playing on the playground.
Guest access
In front of the train station will give access to take a bus and visit Nice, Montecarlo, Cannes, Italy and a lot of small towns close to Antibes.
