It is located in the heart of Apulian countryside, exactly in the countryside of Castellana Grotte. The villa keeps a refined but simple style, typical of private Apulian historical houses. Everything reminds the uniqueness of Apulian land, from the floors to the walls in lime, from interior to exterior furnishings and evokes the charme that only a building dating back to 200 years ago can arouses.
Casale Lillina is located a 10 kilometres away from Polignano a Mare, Alberobello and Ostuni (the white town), near the most important touristic destinations such as Locorotondo, Cisternino and Matera.

The villa is composed of two adjacent and independent housing units for a total internal surface of about 150 square meters.

It has a big living and dining area with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, large kitchen adjacent to the living area with electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
Sleeping area with two double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds.
A complete bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. All bedrooms have the air-conditioning.
A second bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet and Jacuzzi with shower.
Through the outside patio you can go to the second housing unit:
A suite composed of a comfortable double bed with air-conditioning, a small living area with double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

The outdoor area is enriched by a floor with real “chianche”, typical Apulian stones and by a beautiful, well-kept and colourful garden, which surrounds the pool. The property has a private parking space and a football/volley/tennis field.
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests. It is 10 meters long and 5 meters large with a depth from 1,20 to 2,50 meters.

If you are looking a base from which to explore this fascinating area of Apulia, Casale Lillina is an ideal location for that. There are a lot of things to see and to do. The countryside surrounding Castellana is perfect for walking, horse riding and cycling with its endless routes. The whole villa is surrounded by centuries-old olive, pine and a lot of fruit trees.
