This comfortable house with a gorgeous garden, equipped with all amenities stands in the prestigious condominium of Is Morus in Santa Margherita, a few steps from the private beach with crystalline sea.The house is spread out on a ground floor and an upper floor with a lush closed garden. It consists of 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 sleeping places, three bathrooms, a large living room and a functional kitchen.

 The big wooden table can be used as a ping pong table too.
 In the shed you will find bicycles, 2 badminton rackets, 2 ping-pong rackets, beaches chairs, 1 basketball, one soccer ball, things to hang the wash outside.
Within a few hundred meters you can also find the supermarket and open air sport complex with tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball. During July and August, activitities such as yoga classes, sardinian dinners are organised at the field complex.
