The space
Our studio and apartment complex consists of 4 independent units, 2 apartments and 2 studios, split into 2 levels, making it a flexible choice for couples, friends, or families.

Ground floor:
- The 1-bedroom apartment, for 2+2 guests, online photos: 8 - 16, (2 separate spaces: one bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan sitting room with a full kitchen plus a double sofa bed)
- First studio, for 2 guests, online photos 24 - 32 (an open space with a kitchenette, two single beds that can be joined into a double one and a bathroom).

First floor:
- The 2-bedroom apartment, for 4 guests, online photos: 17 - 23, (3 separate spaces: two bedrooms, double and twin, a bathroom and an open plan kitchenette).
- Second studio, for 2 guests.

At the back, the guests share a BBQ area. The property sits in a quiet area only 350 m from the beach and about 850 m from Roda centre, where you’ll find many restaurants, bars, and shops.
This complex offers a practical, simple accommodation with easy access to the beach and all resort amenities - ideal for a comfortable, worry-free stay in the North coast of Corfu.

Please note there’s another small complex next to the property within the same fenced plot, but each building has its own independent layout and privacy.
