The apartment is accessed from the garden via a comfortable iron staircase. Close by lives the owner. There are 3 other apartments for rent on the same property, each one offers absolute privacy.

Kitchenette to the left of the entrance, furnished with fridge / freezer, 2-plate induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with capsules , toaster, dishes.

Bathroom with large walk-in shower equipped with column with thermostatic mixer; sink with drawer, toilet with hand shower, hairdryer.

Through a comfortable design staircase one accesses the wooden mezzanine, furnished with a queen size double bed, bedside tables with linen containers, hangers, bench. View of the hills from the upper window.

Outdoor spaces and garden are available for guests. They are equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. The location is perfect to relax while enjoying a glass of wine looking at the beautiful panorama, especially at sunset.
