Apartment

First of all I wish to say that I like my town and this area of Brescia and I love to meet new people and new cultures.
My apartment is completely renovated and I tried to decorate it with lots of love and passion. It's located on the second floor without elevator. It can then be accessed only through the common stairs of the building.
There's a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen which is separated by a glass door.
A hallway separates the living area from the bathroom and the sleeping area.
The bathroom is blind but very big with shower and bath.
A beautiful bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe. Beside a small room with a single bed.The building is inhabited by peaceful people and guests are therefore required to comply with the rules of good manners.
For those who need a parking, I offer a large garage on the ground floor with an additional fare. It can contain 2 cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
In Brescia we have a local tourist tax. Upon the arrival of each guest, I will request the payment of the same amounting to 1 Euro per day for those over 15 years old.
I live in the apartment when I have no guests, so there are things in the house that belong to me.
The apartment is located in one of the most historic district of the city which is called Carmine.
It 'a very lively district with various ethnic groups. In the evening it becomes the "nightlife district" and is full of young people.
Within walking distance are several grocery stores and also 2 supermarkets, as well as a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
