Luxurious villa Magic is situated in a picturesque fisherman village Arbanija on island Ciovo, connected to the mainland by bridge, which makes the island easily accessible at any moment. Arbanija is an ideal summer resort for families, providing our guests with privacy and possibility of visiting secluded beaches and isolated bays nearby.
This holiday home boasts an interior polished to the smallest details and a lovely yard containing a private swimming pool with whirlpool, situated in peaceful surroundings.
Relax next to the beach and enjoy magnificent sea views in the peaceful atmosphere of pristine nature – and with the historical center of the city of Trogir still easily within your reach. The city center of Trogir contains all the amenities you will need for a carefree vacation – stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a post office and nightlife establishments.
The closest beach is located only 350 m from the holiday home and offers pedal boat, kayak, jet ski, bike, scooter and quad rentals, among other things.
This newly built (2017.) a fantastic 7 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 14 persons, with possibility of accommodating 2 extra persons if they are children up to 12 years. Villa Magic is the perfect choice both for a quiet vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of city life and for a holiday filled with fun activities and exciting nightlife. The house spreads on the ground floor, first floor and high attic which are designed as 3 separate units and consist of the total of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 half-baths and magnificent sea or pool views balconies. Villa Magic is designed as a perfect choice for large groups, allowing them to share the main areas of the house and still providing enough privacy. The ground floor and the high attic are designed as one unit connected via indoor staircase, while the first floor consists of 2 separate apartments (apartment A and apartment B), each with its own kitchen, bedroom and living room. The apartments are not rented out separately and can only be rented out with the house. Please note that for groups consisting of less than 14 persons, the villa will be at disposal according to the required capacity, which means that the rooms or floors which are not required will be closed during that time.
The yard area features a private pool with whirlpool and sun loungers, a relaxing garden swing, a barbecue and a solar powered shower.
The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs where you can soak up the sunshine during the day and relax in quiet summer evenings. Guests are welcome to use the recreation area with a gym in the house. Spacious parking area is located behind the house. The entire villa is well equipped and functions like a smart house.

This villa has different rates for groups up to 6, 10, 12, 14 or 16 persons. This listing was made for groups up to 12 persons and the villa will be at disposal according to the capacity. The house is suitable for 16 persons only if at least 2 persons in the group are children up to 12 years who will sleep on sofa beds.
