Hardwood floor, and only the best material were used for the construction of this villa .The ground floor house has its own entrance, as well as for access within the house that can be blocked off. This villa is built on a two acre land, well vegetated, gated, with ample of garden space, patios from all rooms. Full privacy with a gate that closes. and access only for the guests since its on a dead end street.
The villa offer its guests the luxury of a heated pool. This service is upon request, and its at an extra cost of 250 euros per week. Guests wishing to have the pool heated must inform at least 4 days prior to their arrival in order to get the desired temperature. The extra cost can be paid at the villa upon arrival.
